Das h\u00e4ngt ganz vom Grad des Keratokonus und der dadurch verursachten Sehbehinderung ab. Die CBR gibt an, dass Sie in der Lage sein sollten, ein Nummernschild in einer Entfernung von etwa 25 Metern zu lesen. Bei einem Sehtest bedeutet dies, dass Sie in der Lage sein sollten, mit beiden Augen eine Sehsch\u00e4rfe von mindestens 0,5 zu erreichen. Jemand mit Keratokonus hat tags\u00fcber oft viel weniger Probleme mit verschwommenem Sehen. Nachts kann das Sehverm\u00f6gen viel schlechter sein, so dass es trotz einer Sehst\u00e4rke von 0,5 nicht verantwortbar ist, ein Auto zu fahren.<\/p>\n<h2>Symptome von Keratokonus, die das Autofahren erschweren<\/h2>\n<p>Wenn Sie Keratokonus haben, k\u00f6nnen folgende Symptome auftreten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Verschwommene Sicht<\/li>\n<li>Doppeltes Sehen mit einem Auge und manchmal mit beiden Augen<\/li>\n<li>verzerrtes Sehen<\/li>\n<li>\u00dcberempfindlichkeit gegen Licht<\/li>\n<li>Kopfschmerzen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Was kann das Fahren erschweren?<\/h2>\n<p>Jedes der oben aufgef\u00fchrten Symptome kann dazu f\u00fchren, dass Sie von Scheinwerfern oder Sonnenlicht geblendet werden. Sie k\u00f6nnen den Verkehr durch Blendung durch Scheinwerfer oder Sonnenlicht nicht mehr richtig sehen. Dadurch k\u00f6nnen gef\u00e4hrliche Situationen entstehen.<\/p>\n<h2>Gute Behandlung und regelm\u00e4\u00dfige \u00dcberwachung<\/h2>\n<p>Zur Beruhigung: Bei guter Behandlung erblinden Sie nicht. Bei nachweisbarem Fortschreiten des Keratokonus kann Ihr Augenarzt eine Hornhautvernetzung durchf\u00fchren. Auch f\u00fcr die Korrektur des Keratokonus stehen ausreichend Kontaktlinsen und heutzutage sogar Keratokonusbrillen zur Verf\u00fcgung.
