Healthcare Complaint Portal

Are you dissatisfied with something, or do you have a complaint about our care? We are happy to talk with you and look for a solution. If you are unable or unwilling to discuss your complaint with us, or if you would like independent support, you can contact Klachtenportaal Zorg. Klachtenportaal Zorg is an external organization we are affiliated with to help resolve dissatisfaction and complaints about our care.

Once you have sent in your complaint or dissatisfaction, Klachtenportaal Zorg will assess whether it meets the requirements for consideration and what procedure is appropriate. If information is missing or unclear, they will contact you to make it complete and ensure that the complaint procedure is properly initiated.

Would you like advice on how to deal with a situation you are dissatisfied with? Even then you can contact Klachtenportaal Zorg. You will then not initiate any proceedings yet.

Report your complaint using the complaint form on the Healthcare Complaint Portal website. You can also send an e-mail to info@klachtenportaalzorg.nl. Not sure which complaint procedure applies to you? Klachtenportaal Zorg can help you with that, too.

The goal remains the resolution of dissatisfaction and complaints.

Care Quality Complaints and Disputes Act (Wkkgz)

Consists of:

  • A complaints procedure and/or mediation by an independent complaints officer;
  • Access to the Geschillencommissie KPZ, for a binding decision on a handled complaint. You can submit the complaint as a dispute to the disputes committee if you are not satisfied with the solution offered by us after going through the complaints procedure.

Wkkgz care is all care, think Wlz and Pgb care. Excluded are: Youth care falling under the Youth Act, involuntary/forced care (this is subject to Wzd and Wvggz) and WMO care at care providers who exclusively provide WMO care.
