A 28-year-old man with keratoconus (KC) experiences severe photophobia with scleral lenses. When he is outside he wears sunglasses, regardless of the weather conditions. After providing wavefront corrected scleral lenses, the symptoms of photophobia were greatly reduced. He hasn’t worn his cap and sunglasses since. The stray light values are normalized for age by the wavefront correction of the scleral lens.
